Our platinum Gran Bahama Penthouse is a 3 bedroom luxury condominium boasting over 1739 sq.ft of living space.

It benefits from one of the best locations on the resort. Front of the property overlooks the beautiful Lake Davenport whereas the bedroom and lounge balconies overlook the stunning lakes with fountains, landscaped gardens and a clubouse in the background. We are very close to the sandy beach, 5 star restaurant and beach bar as well as two swimming pools and hot tubs, but far enough so you don't get disturbed by the noise.

Our Gran Bahama features a full size living room, dinning room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and three large balconies.

It has a large king size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (double basins, walk-in shower and double heart-shaped bath) and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is a queen size, and the third bedroom is twin, both with immediate access to a large bathroom with both a tub and walk-in shower. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge; crib and highchair are available for our precious little guests free of charge. This home also has a balcony off the master bedroom, the second bedroom and the living room. All the furniture and amenities are upgraded.
